The funny thing about decisions, you don't seem to have to talk yourself into the right one.

It is saying that when you are making a decision for yourself, you don't have to talk yourself into making the right one because the choice is yours. You will eventually decide on the one that is best for you.

To me, this quote is saying that you should always be sure of yourself and and should never doubt yourself. Also, what I got from it was that if you do too much, it shows only a little about who you are. Instead, you should do less, and do it so good that it tells everything that needs to be known about you as an individual.

My interpretation of this quote is that you should always have kind words to say. If you do, then you can make someone feel very good about themselves. You can even brighten up their day. Mind&Body

Reading is to the mind, as exercise is to the body.

My interpretation to this quote is that you should treat your mind and body as equals. Reading is fundamental to the mind, as well as exercise is fundamental to the body. When you read, you better your mind, and yourself as an individual. This is something you do when you want to develop a more thorough vocabulary and better comprehension. When you exercise, you are doing it to develop stamina, and a more healthy body. You may also do it to develop a healthier lifestyle.
